Our latest visit to the doctor included a lot of waiting for a really brief visit. Nothing new or astonishing to report (the bean hasn't started reading Aristotle yet or doing backflips), but he was a bit feisty during this visit. The nurse used the ultrasound to find his heartbeat (as usual) and apparently he kept kicking at the "wand." He also kept moving, so she had trouble getting a bead on his heart rate at first. But, in the end, he's fine, Nikki's fine, and everything is progressing right on schedule. I have included a brief video of the latest visit. I should warn that it has a few "loud" moments when she is adjusting the ultrasound machine (which I tried to tone down so they wouldn't startle). Enjoy.
