Here is Gavin’s rendition of “Do Re Mi” from the Sound of Music. I missed the first couple of words because I couldn’t get the camera on fast enough. To be honest, I didn’t think he would actually sing in front of the camera. He prefers to look at the pictures and videos instead of letting me take his picture.

Mud Pies, Tractors and Eggs (Nikki's 2nd Post)
Gavin enjoyed a fun-filled Easter weekend at Grandma Nancy and Grandpa Joe’s house. Every afternoon, he helped Grandpa Joe water the plants. This led to Gavin making mud pies with Grandma’s big flower pot, a bowl, and two spoons. He doesn’t like his hands to be dirty (which made it hard for him to make the pies), so we had to add a bucket of water for him to “wipe” his hands. Not sure what the deal is with his hands but he now does it with food too. Yet he will not use his utensils. So we end up wiping his hands several times during meals.
We spent quite a bit of time at Great Grandpa and Grandma Wobbe’s farm in Trenton. Gavin rode on Grandpa Joe’s tractor for the first time and loved it. Up and down the lane they went numerous times and also to the Henderson’s farm to see the horses. Thank you to Aunt Laura for taking Gavin into the barn to pet the horses! As some of you may know, I have a slight fear of horses and like to keep my distance J
We had a blast hanging out with everyone. I want to send a big “Thank you” to Beth, Savanna, Sabrina and Mitch for playing with Gavin on Saturday and Sunday. He is still asking to find one of you!
To conclude the weekend, the Easter Bunny found Gavin at Grandma and Grandpa’s house. He loved finding the eggs and kept asking to find more.
Here are a few of the many pictures taken over the weekend. Enjoy
